Seven people are dead and many others injured following a blatant attack on the US and UK embassies in Kabul. A group of insurgents took a control of a high rise building in the diplomatic area of the Afghan capital, and fired rockets at a number of buildings including NATO and International Security headquarters. The attack comes in the midst of the transition of responsibility for security from NATO for Afghan forces.
