The situation in Syria is once again heating up. Un Envoy Kofi Annan reportedly told the UN Security council that the situation in Syria could spiral out of control. These comments came after UN monitors were shot at while trying to reach the site of yet another horrific massacre. Gari Sullivan is a citizen journalist in Syria and gives us his take on the likelihood of civil war.
