Spain’s Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez has refused to accept Brexit’s latest draft after it failed to outline future talks around the disputed territory of Gibraltar.
The peninsula is home to 33,600 people and is currently under control from the UK, acting as a strategic listening outpost on top of Africa.
Emeritus Professor, Clement Macintyre says the two nations need to seek negotiations in order to avoid further political turmoil.
