A six year drought has seen farmers sell and slaughter cattle due to severe shortages of feed and water across NSW and Queensland regions.

Effective federal and charity assistance is crucial, following the Australian Bureau of Meteorology’s recent ‘El Nino Watch’ update last week.

Whilst the Prime Minister is introducing measures, charities have been inundated with requests from isolated farmers suffering financially and mentally. And help is on the way.
