The Senate Estimates Committee hearings have been held in Canberra, with some public servants finding themselves in hot water. Jeff Harmer from Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs takes responsibility for the Indigenous Land Corporations’ funding after funding for the ILC dropped from a proposed 75 million to 23 million. The issue of Shared Responsibility Agreements with Indigenous communities was also probed.
