Today the Climate Change Authority released the first of three draft reports, with recommendations hoping to stem global warming. The release of this report coincides with Earth Day and its primary recommendation is to set a target of a 30% reduction in carbon emissions in the next decade. The report has prompted both positive and negative responses, with some unsure of the effect it will have on the Australian public.
