Call for rental protections to be extended in Australia

At the end of September, rental protections across Australia placed at the beginning of the pandemic will end, and tenants are worried about potential evictions if they do not pay the rent in full.
With JobSeeker and JobKeeper being reduced next month, tenants are concerned on covering rent.
So far, Victoria is the only jurisdiction to extend the eviction ban until March next year.
