Regional Australia show strong support for climate action

You might have heard about the big turnout for the yesterday’s National Day of Climate Action rallies in our cities. But local campaigners from rural areas also had unexpectedly high attendance of the rallies with some towns having up to 10% of their populations attending the events. The events articulated concerns about the current climate policy and attracted like-minded people nation-wide, including the communities damaged by the recent weather events.
