PNG PM puts Manus Island closure on the agenda

Papua New Guinea’s Prime Minister Peter O’Neill has put the closure of Manus Island detention centre on the agenda saying we can’t keep people there forever. The 900 men who are currently on the island include 60 refugees. Only a few have made there way from the centre to the PNG mainland but have found it very difficult to eke out a living there.
