A mass hunger strike is underway by Palestinians prisoners in Israel. 320 Palestinians in Israeli prisons are being held under administrative detention – without being charged with breaking any law. At least 1500 Palestinian prisoners have joined the hunger strike in protest against the detentions, frequent denial of family visits and the use of solitary confinement.
