As nurses step-up industrial action around Victoria, a new survey has revealed that nurses are unhappy with their work right around the country, with many planning to leave the profession within the next year.
Associate Professor Peter Holland from Monash University, is a co-author of the study, and explained to The Wire the reason why so many nurses are walking away from the industry.
