Tomorrow will be the 24th International Day of Indigenous Peoples, which recognises the 370 million Indigenous people living around the world.

Its theme will be the tenth anniversary of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, a treaty ratified by Australia in 2009.

But has this declaration paved the way for any progress in Australia?
