A new gadget could be lunch in Australia that prevents people from texting while driving. The device is installed under the steering wheel and drivers customise what their phone receives while driving without affecting passengers. It does require the internet and is only activated when the engine is on. General Manager of Road Safety at the Motor Accident Commission, Michael Cornish says people need to take responsibility and not rely on technology. The device, Groove was invented by American entrepreneur Scott Tibbitts.
