A report card on defence force reform says that good progress has been made, but more work needs to be done on sexual ethics education. The Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick says that although more work needs to be done, she’s particularly pleased about the fact that defence has set up a whole new way of dealing with survivors of sexual misconduct.
