New legislation in South Australia could provide much needed health and safety benefits to sex workers who claim to be working under less than ideal conditions that put their physical and mental health at risk.

It is set to be tabled in June, to coincide with National Sex Workers Day on June 2nd and aims to align laws on the sex work with those of NSW and New Zealand.
