Today Bill Shorten announced a Labor Government would match the Coalition promise to return budget to surplus in 2020-21. The announcement is part of Labor’s 10 year economic plan, which would see an increase in budget deficits over the next four years.

Meanwhile, The Greens have announced they will provide a living wage to artists through changes to super and Centrelink, helping to alleviate widespread poverty in the industry.
