People are still searching for signs of life as the death toll of earthquake devastated Nepal nears 5000. Millions are still without food or shelter as relief planes trying to land in Nepal with much needed aid are being turned back due to the disastrous condition of Kathmandu’s only airport. Reports say people are fleeing Kathmandu to find refuge in neighbouring villages which are also reduced to rubble. Questions have arisen about international aid contribution where full proof infrastructure planning should prepare for future earthquake disaster.
