Two years into the rollout of the NDIS, there are still problems around planning for support from both a client and delivery point of view.

One of the issues with the NDIS is that people have to be prepared for the process of applying for funding and if people are new to the process they don’t understand what’s expected and what’s not.

As people become familiar with the processes involved, it tends to get a little easier.
