It’s been a rough week for National Australia Bank customers after a technical glitch saw millions of accounts muddled up. Attempts to restore the system has failed, leaving duplicated transactions, and adding in unnecessary data on accounts. Many customers were left penniless over the weekend, with NAB having to extend opening hours, and organise on-the-spot cash advances, to those seriously affected. How is it possible that one of the big four banks, could make such a colossal error?
