The Secretary of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as Education Minister Simon Birmingham, have called for vigilance as Australia’s universities grapple with the alleged growing influence from China’s ruling Communist Party.

Others however, think it’s vital to consolidate our relationship with the world’s biggest economy, opting for caution instead of an overreaction.
