72.5% of Australia’s freight is transported by truck drivers.

There is a good chance the avocados you buy at your local market, or the coffee beans used to make your espresso on the way to work were brought to your city or town by a truck driver.

Recent research has found that these truck drivers are more at risk to physical health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, but also mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.
