Politicians, activists and climate negotiators are gathering in Lima, Peru to set the agenda for next year’s Paris talks which will produce the next world climate change agreement. Australia is better represented than in the past but has not yet agreed to contribute to the Green Climate Fund which is seen as key to bringing agreement between developing and developed nations.
