‘Lifetime of debt’: uni fees increased for humanities students

The government has announced an overhaul of university fees, slashing and increasing fees across different degrees.

Fees for humanities degrees will increase by 113%.

While degrees the government considers “job-relevant” like teaching, nursing, clinical psychology, English and languages degrees fees will decrease by 46%.
