The Kurdish Lobby Australia (KLA) is asking the federal government to condemn Iran for executing three Kurdish political activists.

On that same day, Iran launched strikes against the Kurdish-populated town of Koya in Iraq, killing 17 and wounding 49 people, targetting the headquarters of the KDPI (Kurdistan Democratic Party – Iran).
