Job network agencies are used by the government to help find employment for people, but the funding system they rely on has been called into question.

The incentive-based method where agencies get more money for securing employment for job seekers has drawn criticism for how it is often manipulated to prioritise keeping job networks financially afloat, rather than helping job seekers actually secure work.
