Some experts are questioning whether China’s investigation into Australia’s wine industry for allegedly violating anti-dumping rules is as it appears.

Associate Professor of Law at the University of Wollongong, Markus Wagner and his co-author and member of UNSW Law’s Herbet Smith Freehills CIBEL Centre, Dr Weihuan Zhou, believe the investigation could stem from one of two scenarios: tit-for-tat or geo economics.
