Indigenous employment in ACT Public Service under review

A review of Indigenous employment in the ACT Public Service shows a lot of work needs to be done to achieve inclusion targets set for 2015. A Legislative Assembly committee tasked with the review has put forward 35 recommendations in a submission tendered this week.

The recommendations include targeted Indigenous recruitment program, cultural education and engagement of senior Indigenous mentors.
