Indigenous Doctors warn of COVID Prison outbreak

With prisons full all over the continent, many feel it is just a matter of time before there is a Coronavirus outbreak.   Many Indigenous people are at high risk from COVID 19, particularly those with chronic and pre-existing conditions.  Many are also low risk prisoners who are incarcerated due to inability to pay fines, or from low risk violations.

Australian Indigenous Doctors Association back the NATSILS call for early release programs to save lives.
