Imagine moving away from a country where you are accepted regardless of your sexual identity. You are able to live in a normal life without scrutiny or fear of your safety. Now imagine all this slipping away when your parents decide that you should return home to China, a country where homosexuality is not readily accepted and you are unable to come out to your parents. This is Li’s (not his real name), story of living as a homsexual in China.
