A New Zealand company is producing a legal recreational drug called the Giggle Pill. It costs about $10 a pill and can be bought over-the-counter in Australia. The Therapeutic Goods Adminstration are investigating the pill after a 19-year-old Queensland man was taken to hospital because his heart was beating at twice the normal rate. So how safe is it?
