Ex TV chef and restaurateur George Calombaris has had his company Made Enterprises put into involuntary administration yesterday.  The move rounds out a tough run for Calombaris, as he was ordered to pay 500 employees just shy of $8 million in unpaid wages in 2017.

Although the payout was sure to have hurt the business, Calombaris denies that it led to the insolvency instead blaming food delivery companies like Ubereats.
