Every single person in Finland will get eight hundred euros a month if the country’s new radical welfare scheme gets passed. This surprising proposal is being put forward by the Finnish Social Insurance Institution, or Kela. If passed, flat monthly payments will replace most existing welfare benefits… and would be delivered condition-free, regardless of age, ability, wealth, or income.
