The Turnbull government’s pledge of $117 million dollars is not enough, according homelessness experts. Affordable housing is the main issue homeless Australians face if they are to transition out of poverty with experts like Catherine Yeomans from Mission Australia saying there needs to be a singular target in order for the government and homelessness services to eradicate the drivers of homelessness all-together.
