Today we have a Supermoon – a term really used by astrologers and not astronomers, that you can see best at around 7pm in the eastern sky if the weather is clear. Much has been made of the moon by writers of fiction, mystics and those who are just a little superstitious. But what makes it appear so big? Does it affect the tides? Can it cause an earthquake? Will werewolves start roaming the national parks? We answer these questions and more!
