There has been a lot of doom and gloom from the Commission of Audit, from proposed cuts to community radio and the lifting of the pension age. But what about the proposed spending programs? One of the recommendations to come out of the audit is a voucher for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children to spend on education costs, from school to university fees or travel and board costs.
