Primary health services have come together in Adelaide to promote their different programs targeted at Aboriginal people in South Australia, with a goal to Closing the Gap of health equality in the state.
Closing The Gap Day is in its second year, attracting over 2,000 people to enjoy the expo, along with entertainment and kids games.
