Is China exercising quiet control over free speech in Australia? Professor Clive Hamilton’s new book Silent Invasion: How China is turning Australia into a Puppet State was rejected my a number of publishers due to fears of Chinese reactions.  Hardie Grant has now taken up the book, and Dr Hamilton expresses his dismay at the earlier rejections.
