The split within the Federal Opposition over climate change and the emissions trading scheme has resurfaced with a flood of comments from Coalition MPs. Liberal Senate leader Nick Minchin said a majority of Coalition members refute the idea that humanity is contributing to climate change. Nationals Senate leader Barnaby Joyce says his party will not negotiate on the ETS, regardless of Government amendments. But is this the best way for the Nationals to serve their constituency in regional Queensland?
