Australian children are struggling to keep up with the recommended 60 minutes of exercise a day. According to the 2014 Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Young People Australian kids are spending more time in front of electronic screens than exercising. The report outlines that only one in five children aged between five and 17 is getting the recommended amount of daily exercise.
