After 26 years, Australia has once again become the President of the United Nations Security Council. The presidency will last for the month of November and gives Australia the opportunity to set the Council’s agenda for this month. Experts agree that this is a big opportunity for Australia, because some of the world’s most important leaders will be in New York for a UN leaders’ conference. So what is Australia planning to do with the opportunity?
