After thirteen months and three hundred pages, the Australia in the Asian Century white paper is about to be released Detailing a long-term strategy to integrate with Asia, the paper will be launched on Sunday the 28th of October and there has been much speculation about what it will reveal. A recurring theme is the use of a grassroots approach to improving engagement with Asia.
