Anglicare’s Annual Jobs Availability Snapshot was released today with staggering results. At least five people are applying for entry-level positions, with one in 7 job seekers having difficulty finding appropriate work.
Employment opportunities in Australia are troubling for many job seekers, and with Centrelink cutting funds from half a million from their payments for not trying hard enough for work.
Many graduating from degrees at University and finishing TAFE are unable to find employment. The Wire’s Henry Wilson has this story.
