Today more than 300,000 aged care workers celebrate their day in a time where aged care facilities are under scrutiny with the coronavirus outbreaks in Victoria, making our elders and staff workers more vulnerable.
The aged care sector has been neglected by the Federal government for quite some time without concrete resources to protect our elders in an integral way. Despite this, aged care workers face many challenges, but also many rewards.
The community can acknowledge their work by getting involved on social media and on their website.
