Adelaide girls rally to bring back Nigerian school girls

A bunch of noisy school girls were protesting on the streets of Adelaide today and it wasn’t about the budget. The girls were following the lead of year seven student Rebecca Shaw, who had been selected to be School Principal for the Day – a program which encourages girls to step up and take leadership roles. Rebecca decided that she wanted to use the opportunity to show the world that schoolgirls in Australia have not forgotten about the issues facing their counterparts in Nigeria.
